The only reason you call him a dictator is that he has nationalised his industries, and given free healthcare and education to all, something the British goverenement did between 1945 and 1951. America supported the coup which removed Hugo Chavez from power for a short period until the people fought to get him back. Its amazing how many dictators the US supports in South America as long as they keep up oil supplies. This is because he has nationalised Oil and is now charging the US more for it well boo hoo. Just becuase cheap oil is a political issue in the US doesn't mean you should go around bullying countries for trying to improve the lives of their people. If he was a dictator why weren't the people pleased to see him go? Don't quote US new station either as prove the shots of people shooting into a crowd were doctored the same camera pulls away to show an empty street. I hope all of South America get 'dictators' like him i will certainly improve their standards.
