I thought that in 1952 there were no incumbants. Neither Republican, [[Dwight D. Eisenhower]], nor [[Democrat]], [[Adlai Stevenson]], was an incumbant. If this is true then it's really the first election since 1956. -[[User:Additioner|Additioner]] 17:40, 6 September 2007 (EDT)
