Fox's participation in Claire McCaskill's 2006 senate campaign in Missouri.  In his radio broadcast, Limbaugh criticized a campaign commerical Fox filmed in support of McCaskill's position on stem cell research.  Limbaugh accused Fox of exagerrating his Parkinson's Disease symptoms in order to generate sympathy.  In the commerical, Fox is visibly swaying and moving in sudden, jerky movements which are characteristic of someone afflicted with Parkinson's<ref>[http://www.usatoday.com/news/politicselections/2006-10-24-limbaugh-fox_x.htm], USA Today</ref>
