:Capitalism in its simplest sense - the ability to buy and sell with undue government interference. There is no implementation of capitalism in the modern world in the manner you have mentioned - were we to do that today, there would be taxes, licence's and motor quality checks to consider. China has become a Capitalist country, similar to the USA. Capitalism is an economic theory which has an impact on the way people live their lives. China is communist is name only, comparable to the person who says he is a Christian, yet never attends Church, has never read the Bible and doesn't live his life under the guidance of Christian morals. The totalitarianism into which I'm sure you will divulge, is a byproduct of statism, a leftover of totalitarian socialism which will most likely peter out as the Chinese middle class continues to grow.
