mostly definilty late but here i go.
1. I'm tired of hearing what others say about the contitution and such and i want to know myself.
2. Article I, Section 1 and Section 8 give power to congress.
3. Article I, Section 10 limits power of states.
4. I'm a little confused by the question so i'll take a zero here.
5. Article 4 Section 2:
"the citizens of each state shall be entitled to
all privledges and immunities in the several states"
6. i see nothing in Article 3 sections 1-3 that allows congress to strip authority. so zero for me..
7. I would prefer that congress have more power then the president or the supreme court. there
are more people that need to be convinced for or against something in congress then the others. to much power resting in a president of a small supreme court is a recipe for disaster. right now
to much power rests with the judicial branch of government and the executive branch with executive orders loop hole.

have authority over and constitution national or otherwise. i offer it as my extra credit.
