A favorite Chilean hot drink made with [[brown tea leaves]], [[lemongrass]] and [[molasses]], Tambuela is also the subject of a Chilean children's game, known as Tambuela Tambuela, where the older children (who are allowed to drink the often-potent beverage) run circles around the younger children chanting 'Tambuela Tambuela' until one younger child is selected to try to tackle an older child.  If he succeeds, he can taste Tambuela next Christmas Eve.
