He was [[Jacob Golos]] primary contact. Ovakimian also recieved material from [[Klaus Fuchs]] through [[Harry Gold]]. [[Julius Rosenberg]] and [[Ethel Rosenberg]] were recruited by Ovakimian in 1938.
