'''Charon''' is a moon of the [[dwarf planet]] [[Pluto]], although some people consider Charon and Pluto to be a binary system due to the fact that Pluto is not much larger than Charon. It was discovered by astronomer James Christy in 1978, and is named after the ferryman of [[Hades]] in [[Greek mythology]].
