The '''Toronto Raptors'''  are a professional [[basketball]] team based in [[Toronto]], [[Ontario]], [[Canada]]. The Raptors were founded in 1995, when the [[NBA]] expanded to Canada, with another team formed in [[Vancouver]], [[British Columbia]]; The Grizzlies.  The Grizzlies would move to [[Memphis]], [[Tennessee]] in 2001, leaving the Raptors as the only Canadian NBA Team.  The Raptors have enjoyed more economic success than the Grizzlies, building a reputation for sellout crowds, but have not won a Championship or Conference Title, only advancing to the playoffs four times, and only winning the first round once, in 2000-01.
