Eygptian President [[Hosni Mubarek]] and Libyan [[Socialist]] General Secretary [[Muammar Gaddafi]] in negotiations with [[Saddam Hussein]] relayed a message through Italian Prime Minister [[Silvio Berlusconi]] and Spanish President [[Jose Maria Aznar]] to UK Prime Minister [[Tony Blair]] and US President [[George W. Bush]] that Saddam would be willing to avoid removal by force and voluntarily go into exile, provided Saddam was allowed to take $1 billion dollars and "all the information he wants about [[weapons of mass destruction]]." <ref>[http://www.weeklystandard.com/weblogs/TWSFP/2007/09/saddam_risked_his_life_for_wmd_1.asp Saddam Risked His Life for WMD Secrets], ''WeeklyStandard.com. (In Spanish).</ref> Of course after all of this work and a total invasion of Iraq , which has left the country basicly crippled, there has been no finding of a single WMD. It is now widely know that Bush was either wrong or lying to the country when he report that Saddum had WMD. In fact the majorty or weapons used against Americans in Iraq are legal weapons own by Iraq's military that was poorly guarded by American troops and have since been stolen. By all standards the use of weapons and tatics used against troops have been weapons eiter poorly guarded or given to them in the past from America and tatics tought to the country by America.
