Santorum [http://www.usatoday.com/news/washington/2003-04-23-santorum-excerpt_x.htm opined] that tolerance for gay marriage would be tantamount to tolerance for "man on dog" sexual practices.  In response, Dan Savage (America's finest sex advice columnist) decided to name a sexual practice after the Senator.  After much consultation with his readers, Mr. Savage decided that "Santorum" should refer to the frothy mixture of lube and fecal matter that is often a product of sexual practices involving the anus.  Mr. Savage has created a [http://www.spreadingsantorum.com/index2.html web page] to promote this terminology, and it is the [http://www.google.com/search?q=santorum&sourceid=navclient-ff&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGGL,GGGL:2006-19,GGGL:en first hit] on Google when you search for "Santorum."
