:Nuclear bombs are just that. Bombs. Nuclear weapons can include missiles, bombs, etc. North Korea claimed to have tested a nuclear weapon, but the results measured under 1 kiloton, thus it's highly doubted that North Korea possesses working nuclear weapons. Ummm. Wouldn't it be the opposite then that many countries have nuclear bombs but fewer have nuclear weapons? And what country has a nuclear bomb, but not a nuclear weapons. I am confused.
