Ummm. Wouldn't it be the opposite then that many countries have nuclear bombs but fewer have nuclear weapons?  And what country has a nuclear bomb, but not a nuclear weapons.  I am confused.

:You can't have a nuclear bomb without having a nuclear weapon. A bomb is a weapon. Thus a nuclear bomb is a nuclear weapon. I never said a country could have a nuclear bomb but not a nuclear weapon. That is logically impossible.
