== Wiki editing ==
It's obvious that you are new to Wiki editing, and we don't expect new editors to become experts on it before they edit, but there are some things that you are doing wrong that I'd like to sort out straight away.
* Do not start a new post with a line of equals signs (============). Equals signs at the start of a line indicate a heading in Wiki software, and the software automatically uses these headings to create a table of contents (once there is at least three such headings). A line of equals signs shows up poorly in the Contents.
* If you are starting a new section, use two equals signs ''each end'' of some text that will be the heading for the section. If you click on the 'Edit' link to the right of the heading of this section, you will see how I put in the "Wiki editing" heading. (A sub-heading under and existing heading has three equals signs each end, and so on.)
* In having conversations on talk pages (such as right here), it's normal to indent your message from the previous one by starting each line with a colon, or with one extra colon than the previous post. For example (click the edit button again to see how I did this):

* It's good practice to "sign" your messages with four tildes ({{tt|<nowiki>~~~~</nowiki>}}), or by using the signature button on the editing toolbar (which does pretty much the same thing). You can alter the content of that signature on your user preferences page. If you want help with that, please ask.
* If you are starting a new conversation on a talk page, it should go at the end of the talk page. A simple way to do this is to click the "+" tab at the top of the talk page. In this case, you don't need to put the equals signs around the heading; the software will do it for you.
