The lack of charges, and innocent until proven guilty is not the issue here. The issue is that their is the possibility that Huckabee abused his position of power to protect his son. The candidate's political stance is irrelevant here, it is a question as to whether his past actions show his willingness to protect those close to him from the law. All crimes, no matter who committed them, should be investigated to the full extent of the law.
