The Seven Years' War, also called the [[French and Indian Wars]], was a war in which France and England battled for the remaining parts of North America. When the French and English fought, the French usually won because the English had Bright red coats and stayed in traditional formation, so they were easily seen and shot down. Later the English turned their coats inside out and covered them in clay. This helped a great deal and the English acquired all the land French held except Louisiana. The Treaty of Paris was signed in 1763. This ended the Seven Year's War.
