→‎Workings: new format

Line 1: Line 1:

This Contest will last 48 hours - from midnight tomorrow to midnight three nights from now.

==Workings==

−

This will actually be a short contest. The captains will be [[User:Aschlafly]] and [[User:Iduan]], simply because of a lack of necessary formality due to the fact that this will be a short contest. The contest will last 2 days.

~~'''We want to be innovative with the rules here~~, ~~to encourage insights rather than~~ quantity. ~~We'll limit the team sizes to 3 apiece~~, ~~like a 3-on-3 basketball game~~. ~~We want to encourage editing~~ other ~~teams' works also~~, ~~to encourage more interaction as in basketball~~ and ~~most sports~~. ~~Suggestions welcome by the players before we start~~ on ~~adjusting the point system~~.~~'''~~

+

This contest is different from past contests. It will focus on insights and quality, not quantity. The point system (see below) has been adjusted accordingly.

+

The format is also different. Like many sports contests, one side "kicks off" by putting starting an entry. The other side must then work with that entry, by improving it and adding links. The first team then must work within those links, and so on until time elapses.
