But the reviewer didn't give the game an F just because of the religious aspect. The game is also very poor from a technical standpoint.

Some of the reviews were more about the reviewers' personal bias against religion in general or evangelical Christianity specifically. For example, in the review that appeared on Game Revolution, the author wrote, "I am sick and tired of being told that I have to respect everyone’s beliefs," and, "So let me be clear - Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, Whatevers – you’re all nuts." Unsurprisingly, the reviewer gave the game an "F."<ref>http://www.gamerevolution.com/review/pc/left_behind</ref>

Unsurprisingly, the reviewer gave the game an "F."<ref>http://www.gamerevolution.com/review/pc/left_behind</ref> However, this review also criticised the game on it's technical merits (or lack thereof), saying, 'And when the glowy balls get thick (anytime a lot of people are on the screen), the game starts to seriously lag, and sometimes even crash. All your units look and dress alike once they’re converted (which is kind of creepy), and you certainly don’t need a cutting-edge graphics card', and, 'Unfortunately, there are very few of these locations, and you’ll find yourself playing the same maps over and over, preaching on the same corners, buying the exact same buildings and turning them into banks and churches and hospitals all over again. It’s like the movie Groundhog Day'.  The Gamespy review also points out bad technical points of the game, summarising them as, 'Lousy controls; too much micromanagement; bad AI; poor graphics and art design; lack of skirmish mode; slow multiplayer'.
