O'Reilly has often been accused of berating his guests and "over-talking" them on occasions. He has been known to yell and insult guests in an unprofessional manner. He often states opinion as fact, stating that it is "No Spin", claiming that both sides can't help to agree on certain points. Many guests and pundits have argued these points, though, as opinions that they disagree with. He has also been accused of taking items out of contexts to prove his points. He often highlights stories of crimes committed by illegal immigrants, an action that caused a heated argument with fellow Fox News employee ''Geraldo Rivera'' on ''The O'Reilly Factor''.
