The Foodborne [[disease]]s Active Surveillance Network (FoodNet) is the principal [[food]]borne [[disease]] component of CDC's Emerging Infections Program (EIP). FoodNet is a collaborative project of the CDC, nine EIP sites (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, New York, Maryland, Minnesota, Oregon and Tennessee), the USDA, and the FDA.
