As such, trust that that I am doing my best to follow what I understand to be His will. I can not allow you or any man to tell me what to think, just as I would hope that you would not blindly follow any other man's interpretation of God's will. You must do what you think is right.

That said, I must add that "magic" is a large word used to describe a great many things.  In the case of most fantasy works, "magic" refers to technology that is not fully understood by the user.  For example, to a cave man, a television is "magic".  What you are talking about is probably "witchcraft" or "necromancy" other "dark art". These types of powers are "supernatural" or "divine".  Supernatural powers which are derived from something other than God are what I understand the Bible to prohibit.
