:Whoops, I forgot the bombing of the "Soviet-American Friendship Center".  That does come closer to the line, but personnally, I wouldn't call it a terrorist act.  It's not exactly a military target, but the only people that would be in a place like that are Soviets and collaborators.  And bombing it had a direct effect on the occupation.  It's not like bombing a marketplace just to prove you can.--[[User:Frey|Frey]] 23:17, 22 March 2008 (EDT)
