==Ugh...==
Where to begin? It wasn't even ''close'' to the first color movie ever released, Disney was using Technicolor in his cartoons back in the early 1930s. The device of having the first reel in black-and-white was cute, though. (I assume I'm not the only literal-minded geek who has always been annoyed by the fact that for a few seconds, you see that the interior walls of her room are in color, too, rather than a black-and-white room and door frame outlining the colored view of Oz outside).

L. Frank. Baum's book deserves priority over the movie adapted from it... No time now... [[User:Dpbsmith|Dpbsmith]] 13:24, 16 March 2007 (EDT)
