*[[Hindu Creationism|Hindu Creationists]], though they are in the minority of creationists believers, they believe that a vast dark ocean of nothingness laid before Lord Vishnu, protected by the mighty serpent. There was peace and so Vishnu slept peacefully.  Then a lotus flower grew from Vishnu's navel, and in the middle of the blossom was Brahma.  Vishnu then told Brahma to create the world.  So these creationists believe that it is not Vishnu the all-powerful, but Brahma his servant, who created the world.  Therefore, this helps absolve the almighty Vishnu of creating a world with imperfection, while maintaining the almighty Vishnu's omnipotence.  This corrects some of the problems of the commonly held Christian notion of the creation.
