Certain individuals demand access to this article to promote the fiction that there were two weapons inspections in Iraq, both after 1998, and that everything was documented. Apparently, they haven't been doing their research, and calling the article here a "GOP campaign poster" among other things. Got it rather easily; five minutes through ProQuest, which is available in any college campus if you're registered. All of this proves a minimum of four weapons inspections, beginning after the end of the 1991 Gulf War, with each ended by Saddam himself when they got too close to things he didn't want seen.
