The early versions for the [[Nintendo]] home systems fixed some of the questionably issues in the game (most notably blood) but the game still contained plenty of adult-only material.

The gameplay consists of a fighting match between two characters, they can punch, kick, jump, duck, block and perform special moves depending on the characters. Two human players can fight each other.
