:You can go ahead and rework them IF you can change all of them appropriately.  We don't want to have a category with some entries in one place and some entries in another.  Please be aware though that when there is a subcategory, such as Psychiatric Disorders under Psychiatry, that articles in the subcategory are not also placed in the main category.  The general idea behind subcategories is to decrease the number of articles in the main category.
