Hi! I think you're right, it might be more appropriate in the Antibiotics article - it's too much information for an article on Infections. But I do think that there should be ''something'' in this article about how infections can be fought? Perhaps some like this:
"Infections are traditionally fought by the use of [[Antibiotics]], of which Penicillin is one well known example"
