Line 1: − Hi! My name is Dan Quintiliani, and I'm a self-employed computer technician from Milford, PA. My personal blog is here. I also hold a bachelor's degree in political science.+ − − A while back, I joined Wikipedia in an attempt to "make a difference." Wikipedia holds enormous power and influence which, if not used wisely, can lead to disastrous psychological and academic consequences. Unfortunately, I discovered the mess that Wikipedia was - deliberate inaccuracies, bias, left-wing dominance, the "tyranny of the majority," and a general elitist attitude. − − I then joined Conservapedia, where I found a group of people with the exact same complaints about Wikipedia. The way Conservapedia is run and designed is much better, in my opinion, than Wikipedia. − − Once a libertarian anarcho-capitalist involved with the Republican Liberty Caucus, I recently lost my main job and now call myself a moderate Republican. As they say, "a liberal is a conservative who lost his job." I'm no liberal, but am much more sympathetic to the poor now in terms of policy. − − − Good thing I did that, as I am happy to be voting in the 2008 presidential primaries. Initially, I fluctuated between supporting Sam Brownback and Ron Paul, and now support John McCain. − − My favorite political book is Hans-Hermann Hoppe's Democracy: The God That Failed. − − Great site! I hope it grows. See my contributions here and here. − − -danq 17:57, 4 December 2007 (EST) − − Here are my userboxes, BTW: − − {| class="wikitable" − |- − ! − ! Replacing page with 'I was really unhappy with the way I was treated here. Feel free to delete my account.'
I was really unhappy with the way I was treated here. Feel free to delete my account.
I was an independent for a long time, but re-registered Republican last year out of disgust with the neocons who were always winning the primaries.
