Changes

::: The list given on the previous page includes women being born in the 1940s.  Shirley Temple was born in 1928.  Going back to touring female singers who were between 22 and 30 with the same range can eaisly get 50 women.  And so, as I grab the list I had before... Michelle Phillips,  Carole King, Florence Ballard, Mary Wilson, Betty McGlown, Diana Ross, Barbara Martin, Cindy Birdsong, Jean Terrell, Lynda Laurence, Scherrie Payne, Susaye Greene, Martha Reeves, Rosalind Holmes, Annette Helton, Gloria Williams, Betty Kelly, Lois Reeves, Sandra Tilley, Victoria Beckham, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm, Geri Hallwell, Anasol, Carolina la O, Fanny Lu, Carolina Herrera, Shakira, Toto la Momposina, Veronica Orozco -- from just a quick sample of a few 'girl groups', some classic rock and a South American country.  --[[User:Rutm|Rutm]] 19:24, 22 May 2008 (EDT)

::::: I would recommend a look at the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_female_rock_singers list of Female Rock Singers on Wikipedia] (please set aside your distaste for that site for this one list - if nothing else, you can deride Wikipedia for being no use for anything other than 'good on rock music'!) - which is so long I can't count it, but it does list 50 just in the A's & B's.  And that's just rock singers.  Next, we have to include actresses, dancers, etc.  [[User:EngelUmpocker|EngelUmpocker]] 19:35, 22 May 2008 (EDT)
