Concentration camps were camps countries set up for one race or disliked people. The most infamous camps were the camps set up by Hitler. In these camps Jews, Christians, Gypsies and anyone else that Hitler hated were either killed right away or worked until their death. No one knew these camps existed until allied soldiers discovered them toward the end of World War II.
