'''Sexual healing''' is a questionable issue amongst the religious community. Many say that it is not possible to use sex to heal emotional pain (see [[reparative therapy]]). However, there have been numerous cases (several documented by Antonio Talavara) where a married couple have been able to resolve various issues in the bedroom. New evidence has since suggested that sexual healing is a viable option for married couples, or unmarried couples that have been in a lengthy relationship.
