The religious right have been accused of focussing excessively on moral issues as opposed to the Biblically-valued issues of poverty and social justice. Also, some of the moral positions they support have been criticized. For instance, whilst most Christians agree the [[homosexuality]] is immoral, many would argue that homosexuals deserve equal civil rights nonetheless.
