There are a lot of titles in [[Special:Allpages]] that aren't family friendly. Now that you have a new version of MediaWiki installed, you should use the protected titles functionality, as shown in [[Special:Protectedtitles]], instead of redirecting to [[Conservapedia:Deletedpage]]. That way, they won't show up in the index.
