Whoever wrote the above was right - the statement that these three aspects of legal process are "unique to American democracy" is simply false. I haven't changed anything, and I don't suppose anyone will respond given how old this article and its talk page are, but it really is quite a bizarre thing to say, considering that... it's completely untrue. Why was this guy's edit reverted when it served only to remove an untruth? [[User:PeteSC|PeteSC]] 09:23, 17 June 2008 (EDT)
