::It is becoming clear that this campaign to release the data has more to do with your hope that Lenski won't and you can dismiss his claims on those grounds. I am sure the data is available to the people who need to see it and depending on the copyright resitrictions that research unfortunatly comes with these day (usually through funding by non-governement entities) it will be made availbale as publically as it can.
