::Is it me, or has this page degraded into an endless exchange of speculation on ''all'' sides. Professor Lenski was sent an initial letter and he responded both courteously and promptly. He was sent a second letter yesterday afternoon, so can we cut back on all the assumptions about what his practices, motivations and intentions are and just let the man respond himself? Also, can we please stop insinuating in the meantime that he is trying to hide something, or that there was fraud in the peer review process? Aschlafly, you say above that Lenski "hasn't complied with a request for his data." Where did he do that? In his reply to your original letter he bends over backwards to accommodate your requests and answer your questions, and he's hardly had time to reply to the second letter!
