I noticed that some sysops were in favour of a "no tattler" policy. I believe that there are a number of flaws with this idea
#It creates irregular enforcement. E.g sysop1 might follow this policy and thus users do no recieve receive objective discipline#It reduces accountablity accountability pertaining to Sysops. How can a complaint be made about a sysops misbehaviour if that user will be public.
#It probably reinforces any latent immaturity in sysops, c.f point above.
