This article could be expanded by commenting on many of the well-known health benefits of a vegetarian/vegan diet. Medical experts know vegetarians generally have lower risks of cancer, heart disease, osteoperosis, obesity, etc. Also, is it really fair to put "inhumane" in quotes as is done on the article? It makes the concerns of vegetarians and vegans seem crazy.
