Actually I only copied a paragraph-size section from jewfaq.org/Kashrut.htm but interesting is that it is identical to http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/Judaism/kashrut.html
I then used it as a source for some of the laws. I'll try to fix the problem
