Thanks for pointing me at that list of admins. Two things - [[Conservapedia:User rights]] is full of broken links but is locked - can you or someone else fix these? Also can you unlock [[Rape]] for me as well - the current wording includes the phrase "seducing a child" - as seduction as a concept can suggest an element of consent I'd like to rephrase the article. A few hours ago, I created an account here and made a few small edits to a couple of pages, correcting typos and the like. Despite the fact that I made 4 or 5 constructive edits, you blocked me, telling me that "I have to use my real first name and the first letter of my last name" for my username. This is obviously a completely arbitrary and unjust reason - taking a quick look at [[Special:Log]] proves that very few, if any, established users follow this directive. So why aren't you blocking all of them as well as me? Or, why aren't you forcing them to change their usernames?
I was told by a friend about this project. I looked at the page about your website on Wikipedia, and I wondered what it would be like. I decided to give you the benefit of the doubt, and I came here to help. I was blocked out of hand after making nothing but constructive edits. You have certainly proved that all the critics of this website were correct. The account I am using now is not my real name, and you will never know what my real name is. I have experience working on Wikipedia, so I know something about how MediaWiki works. Unfortunately for you, I also have a tremendous amount of knowledge about various vandalism trends on Wikipedia, so I know how to cause a great deal of damage to sites running MediaWiki. You may rest assured that there will not be any constructive edits coming out of my computer's ethernet port in the near future. In fact, I will most likely become one of the worst vandals in the history of this site. I do not know this for certain, as I am not familiar with vandalism trends on Conservapedia. You are free to autoblock this account's IP address: it is a proxy server, and if/when you do block it, I will simply switch to another one. I am very happy now that I had the foresight to utilize a proxy server when I created my original account. You will never know my actual IP address, even if you have access to the checkuser feature here. (Again, I know little about this website.)
If you acknowledge that your original block was inappropriate, or at the least, hypocritical, I will content myself with simply fading away from Conservapedia, doing neither good nor evil to your fair site. Since from my own experience dealing with vandals on Wikipedia (how strange it is to be sitting on the other side of the desk!) I do not expect you to do this, I will give you a sporting chance before I begin... your website does not have robot anti-vandalism accounts like User:ClueBot on Wikipedia, and you do not have access to tools like Huggle (search for Wikipedia:Huggle on Wikipedia, if you're curious). In the spirit of fair play, I will give you advance warning: Within 24 hours, I will begin a vandalism spree. If I were you, I wouldn't bother autoblocking my vandalism accounts when they appear: they will all be running from proxy servers, and your autoblocks will be ineffective. But you may do as you please.
I give you my word that this account will never make any vandalism edits. I have intended for this to be my "real" account, the spokesperson for my cloud of alternate, throwaway accounts. However, if it makes you feel better, or if you have a policy surrounding this type of thing, feel free to block this account.
