new article. great columnist, whose column will be missed.
'''Charley Reese''' (born January 29, 2937) is a [[conservative]] [[newspaper]] columnist who has recently (as of September 2008) announced his retirement from writing a regular column. His column was carried by [[King Features Syndicate]].

Charley Reese is a [[conservative Democrat]] and [[paleoconservative]]. Between the [[John F. Kennedy]] and [[George H. W. Bush]] administrations, he was a registered [[Republican]], but changed his registration back to Democrat out of dislike for the policies of the first Bush administration, which he saw as representing the [[liberal]] "Rockefeller Republican" wing of the party.

Charley Reese is a strong supporter of [[Second Amendment]] [[gun rights]], and of the culture and heritage of the Southern United States.
