::That is false. My JROTC had a student Chaplain who lead prayers when we were decommissioning flags, the Campus Crusade for Christ prayed every morning before school on school property in a large group, and my drama group prayed before every show. There was one incident of a student who was told not to evangelize during her acceptance speech, and I agree that was inappropriate. However, one incident does not define the reality of it.
