Christians have been morally mandated by Christ to hold the enemy of Christ as an enemy unto they self. It is morally reprehensible that an individual be against love and forgiveness, thus making an enemy of himself unto Christ. Jesus makes himself clear. His enemies need to be brought to him, and killed before him.
"But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me." Luke 19: 27
Though some of these morals are antagonistic to current liberal world views, they represent Gods will, and can be seen as a protection against those that would do the Pious wrong.
Numbers 31:17 Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him.
Numbers 31:18 But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.
