The ACLU has challenged the authority of the President to authorize wireless wiretaps of overseas communications without submitting to judicial oversight.  In ''[[ACLU v. NSA]]'', the Court of Appeals for the [[Sixth Circuit]] rejected the ACLU's challenge. In addition, the following describes the measures the ACLU has taken to weaken America in its' fight with terrorists.
