Unforunately, not all of Obama's foreign policy experience can be said to be positive. He has occassionally expressed the belief that Finland is known as the 'Land of the Ducks' and believes it to be populated entirely by ducks. This is wrong, as everyone knows that Finland is solely inhabited by fish (hence the name Fin-land), the occupants having been turned into fish by God for such crimes as supporting Communism and being closet muslims.
