1. It is hard to say, because I memorized the entire term list that was given to us to study, but there was not much from it on the test.
2. I don't really like any of the ones that i missed.
3. I don't think that it is the state's place to legislate Christianity.
4. I don't really, know, but i guess it turned out all right.
5. He was great.
6. The Eighteenth amendment forbids the manufacturing, importing, and exporting of alcoholic beverages. This amendment was later repealed.

H4. I think that the mid-term would have been much better if the material which was given to students had included the material actually in the exam. Many of the questions I was able to figure out, but even after memorizing the bolded terms, there were a few questions which I was totally clueless on.
