::I think Sideways is right. Plugging in "the promotion of suicide" into the statement at the top of the article, you get "Atheists will try to promote suicide in arguments or attempts to defend their atheism." That doesn't really make much sense. You might say it's something atheists do, but I think you'd have a hard time saying they do it to defend their atheism.
