Pick one of the Constitutional Amendments 16 through 19, and express your understanding and view of it.  The 18th amendment struck me as a good one to write about being that it tried to help fix the ties between families due to alcohol consumption (even though it was only in effect for a relatively short period).  By banning alcohol, you create an environment where everyone wants to “stock up” on alcoholic products.  And that doesn’t necessarily help, seeing your parents buying boxes of beer and such, in a rush to “have enough” for the coming prohibition.
