'''Morse Code''' was invented by [[Samuel Morse]] in the 1840s. It looks like a bunch of dashes and dots, but in fact it is a [[language]] with its own way of expressing [[word]]s and [[punctuation]].
The most famous Morse Code is "SOS", ---...---, which actually does not mean anything, but means "Save Our Ship". It was simply taken as first used in the easiest code to remember sinking of the [[Titanic]] in an emergency. People have taken it to mean many things, such as Save Our Souls, Save Our Ship, Save Ourselves, etc1912.
